Lilia Istratii’s vocal-symphonic repertoire spans masterpieces by Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi, Handel, Verdi, Saint-Saëns, Bruckner, Palmieri, and Loussier. Recent concert highlights include Bach’s St. Matthew Passion with the National Chamber Orchestra and Choir in Chișinău, Mozart’s Requiem with the Symphony Orchestra and Academic Choir “Gavriil Musicescu” in Iași, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 with the National Philharmonic “Serghei Lunchevici” in Chișinău, Moldova.
Born and raised in the Republic of Moldova, Lilia Istratii is a graduate of the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts in Chișinău.
