Peter Kirk’s recent engagements include his debut at Opera North as Lysander A Midsummer Night’s Dream, a role he also performed at the Oper Graz, the Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova, and the Royal Opera House Muscat. He also made his debut at the Theater an der Wien as Bart and Ziegenkerl in Oliver Knussen's Wo die wilden Kerle wohnen, and returned to the Opéra national du Rhin as Monostatos in Die Zauberflöte.

Upcoming engagements include Sir Bruno Roberton I Puritani and Parpignol La bohème at the Tiroler Festspiele Erl, as well as Oscar in Martinů’s Twice Alexander and Sir George in Weinberg’s Lady Magnesia at the Theater an der Wien.

Peter Kirk’s career features performances at the The Royal Ballet and Opera (Covent Garden), Volksoper Wien, Bergen National Opera, Opéra national du Rhin, Grafenegg Festival, Jubilee Hall Aldeburgh, Opéra de Tours, Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, Latvian National Opera, Grange Festival, Hyogo Performing Arts Center, Nevill Holt Festival, Opéra de Vichy, and the Oper Graz.

His notable roles include Lysander A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Count Almaviva Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Tom Rakewell The Rake’s Progress, Tamino Die Zauberflöte, Tobias Ragg Sweeney Todd, and Charlie Dalrymple Brigadoon.
